TriAltus' highly pure, tag-free TAT-CRE Recombinase is used for site-specific DNA recombination in mammalian cells. Recombinant TAT-CRE is a fusion protein combining a nuclear localization sequence, HIV-TAT cell permeabilization peptide, and Cre recombinase, enabling cellular entry and catalyzing site-specific recombination between loxP DNA sites.
