TriAltus Im7 Resin contains a highly-specific, resilient binding domain which binds to the CL7 incorporated into the domain of the target protein. Capable of up to 100 reactivations, Im7 Resin retains a 1:1 molar ratio binding capacity upon subsequent use, suggesting that the resin retains near 100% binding activity. Im7 Resin has shown the capability of achieving desirable purification results for a number of proteins including membrane, RNA, and recombinant proteins.
Features of TriAltus Im7 Resin:
• Simplicity—Achieves high yield, high purity, and high activation in a single step
• Reusability—Capable of over 100 reactivations with no loss in capacity
• Resiliency—Retains approximately a 1:1 molar ratio binding capacity after multiple reactivations
• Activity—Able to perform in a variety of conditions including various salt and detergent concentrations and multiple column flow rates
